Who has authority?
Identity and permissions must stay anchored to the people and institutions AI represents.
About Ananke
AI is becoming powerful enough to influence real decisions. Ananke makes sure policy, identity, evidence, and human authority remain in control when it does.

Intelligence remains replaceable
Authority above intelligence. Always.
Why we exist
Capability is accelerating.
Accountability must keep up.
Better models can create more value. They can also make more consequential decisions, carry more sensitive context, and represent more people. Trust cannot be left inside the model—or added after deployment.
Privacy at the AI boundary
Prompts can contain strategy, customer information, intellectual property, health data, and the details of how your organization works. Using AI should not require surrendering control of that context.
Palladium governs what may be sent, which provider may receive it, what must be redacted, and what may be retained—before sensitive context crosses the AI boundary.
Control before disclosure
Classify, redact, block, or route information according to policy before a model receives it.
Private by policy
Keep provider choice, memory, retention, and data-use boundaries under organizational control.
Evidence, not assumptions
Record how information was handled so privacy decisions can be reviewed and proven.
Protection works when the governed path is used.
No platform can protect information someone chooses to share outside approved workflows or despite clear safeguards. Ananke provides the controls and evidence; organizations and users remain responsible for using them and handling sensitive information with care.
The gap we close
Real adoption demands answers that survive beyond a demo, a model, or a provider.
01
Identity and permissions must stay anchored to the people and institutions AI represents.
02
Policy must govern every interaction before an action becomes an outcome.
03
Evidence must make decisions visible, explainable, and replayable after the fact.
04
Human responsibility cannot disappear simply because intelligence is automated.
From thesis to proof
Ananke connects research, architecture, infrastructure, and lived products into one coherent approach to governed intelligence.
01 · Research

Explore pHood ↗What we believe
Power must arrive with policy, authority, and accountable boundaries.
Voice, likeness, memory, and digital presence require ownership and consent.
Trust should be visible in records, controls, and replayable decisions.
No organization should surrender governance because it changes AI providers.
AI can assist and act. Accountability still belongs to people and institutions.
Sensitive identity and context should never become the price of participation.
The future we are enabling
That future will not happen by accident. It has to be designed, governed, and proven in the real world.
